The armchair beer festival finally comes to the end this week. We will, of course, still be having guest beers every week and delivering beer every Friday. We will also be able to offer collections again from the 12th April. Just put your order in then arrange a time for collection. The pub will be open every day 12 pm to 12 am and you can collect at any time to suit you. This is, however, the last week of Saturday deliveries.
This weeks guests are again a mix of local brews and ones from further afield. We have a refreshing New England IPA from Downton brewery in Wiltshire called Moby Dick. Moving from whales to Wales we have Boss breweries ruby coloured IPA Hellfire. We have featured this beer before and it proved to be surprisingly drinkable. Closer to home we have Ilkley’s Mary Jane a light blonde ale and Rudgate’s York Chocolate stout that originally went down very well at Christmas. Last, but by no means least, there is that old favourite Timothy Taylors ‘Landlord’. A beer that needs no introduction.
Delivery is now every Friday between 3pm and 8pm and Saturday 11.30am-2pm. Please order before 3pm Friday and 11.30am Saturday.

The only way to enjoy a pint of real ale now the pubs have been forced to close. The bag in a box service is perfect for all those who still want to enjoy a pint or three at home but wants to avoid fizzy beer from bottles, mini kegs or cans.
Deliveries are on Friday evening and Saturday lunchtime so it’s there in time and perfect for the weekend. Remember, orders over £38 get free delivery.
