Yes it’s happened again. The lockdown has been extended and so the armchair beer festival is following suit. We have added on an extra four weeks which will take us right up to when we reopen on April 12th. The festival features the usual mix of old favourites and exciting brews that are new to the Hallcross. We’ve got returning beers from Beartown, ilkley and rudgate, another beer from the brand new Gorilla brewery and a couple of stouts and IPA’s we’ve never had including a 6% cookie dough flavoured one. So, check out the lists, make your choices, and put in your pre orders. Remember once they are gone they are gone.
The coming weekend is the last one of the current festival and we have four great guest beers for you (Boss ‘Dark’ has already sold out with pre orders) We have Henrietta from one of our favourite local breweries, Welbeck Abbey. There’s a best bitter from Sonnet S43 Brewery called ’The Doctor’ but I don’t know why and kingpin rising from Boss a popular session IPA that we have featured before. Last but not least is a welcome return for everyones favourite winter special Bradfield ‘Belgian Blue’.
Delivery is now every Friday between 3pm and 8pm and Saturday 11.30am-2pm. Please order before 3pm Friday and 11.30am Saturday.
